OPENING OF THE FIRST SEMESTER, SY 2026-2027 is on June 1, 2026. Please enroll early to avoid long lines and inconvenience.
The student is not considered Officially Enrolled until you:
1. Fill-up the Online Application/Registration Form;
2. Undergo and pass an interview (for new students and transferees);
3. Submit COMPLETE documents;
4. Pay the downpayment.
By submitting your data to the CMI, you agree to its Data Privacy Policy.
By enrolling to the CMI, parents and students are undertaking to abide by its policies, procedures, rules and regulations on Academic Performance, as well as its Code of Discipline.
Any misdeclaration in the Application Form/Registration Form may subject the student to disciplinary action.
RETURNING PRE-SCHOOL, GRADE SCHOOL, JUNIOR and SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS at the Siling Matanda Campus may enroll by logging-in to their CSIMS Account, updating their information and completing their Online Pre-Registration.
Parents are reminded to ensure that the contact details they provide during enrollment are updated and accurate.
After Pre-Registration, they may pay for their downpayment (for those without Senior HS Vouchers).
Enrollment to SY 2026-2027 is contingent upon the completion of all requirements for previous academic period.
RETURNING SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS AT THE MAIN CAMPUS should log-in to their CSIMS Accounts, update their information, and complete their Pre-Registration. After filling up the form, they (those without Senior HS Vouchers) should pay for their downpayment and submit their Report Card (Senior HS only) to enroll.
